Bruno Milano Raises INR 7.5 Cr to Redefine Affordable Watches

Bruno Milano, the D2C watch brand built by Rachit Jain and Saurabh Agarwal, has raised INR 7.5 crore in a round by TItan Capital, Sauce VC and angel investors including Arjun Purkayastha, Unacademy co-founder Roman Saini, and Kitty Agarwal.

The Gap in the Watch Market

India's watch market has long split into two camps that don't talk to each other: heritage brands selling status at a price most people can't justify, and a flood of undifferentiated options at the bottom with no design point of view. Bruno Milano was built for the space in between - hand-finished quartz and chronograph pieces priced between INR 2,000 and INR 5,000, sold under collections like Vittorio Chrono, Ambrosiana Chic, and Duomo Heritage, alongside a growing corporate gifting business.

Why We Backed It

Affordable-premium is one of the harder positions to defend in D2C - the product has to look and feel like it costs more than it does, and the unit economics have to work at a price point with no room for error. Rachit and Saurabh had already proven they could hold both truths at once: a catalogue that reads premium while staying accessible enough to scale across ecommerce and quick commerce, categories that punish anything overbuilt or overpriced.

What's Next

This round will go toward expanding Bruno Milano's presence across India, accelerating the rollout of new watch collections and designs, and deepening availability across the ecommerce and quick commerce platforms where the brand has already found early traction. With Sauce VC now leading the table alongside us, the capital is matched with investors who understand consumer brand-building at the pace this category demands.

What makes Bruno Milano worth watching isn't just the price point - it's the conviction that Indian consumers don't need to choose between design and affordability, and that a D2C brand can own that middle ground before a larger player decides to. Congratulations to the team on this raise; we're glad to keep backing the build.
