Confido Health Raises $12.5M to Scale AI-Powered Healthcare Operations
15 October 2026
Confido Health builds AI agents that handle healthcare’s administrative work, giving care teams more time for patients.

A Series A extension led by Z47 takes total Series A funding to $22.5 million as Chetan Reddy and Vichar Shroff expand Confido Health beyond voice AI.
Confido Health has raised $12.5 million in a Series A extension led by Z47, with participation from existing investors Together Fund and Blume Ventures. Healthcare investor Justin Saks also joined as an investor and board advisor. The round brings the company’s total Series A funding to $22.5 million.
The Gap Confido Health Was Built For
A patient call rarely ends with a conversation. It can lead to an appointment, an insurance check, a referral or a payment follow-up. Each step creates work for teams already moving between multiple systems.
Founded by Chetan Reddy and Vichar Shroff, Confido Health began by automating patient calls. It is now expanding CareOS, an AI platform that carries out administrative tasks across a practice’s existing software. The aim is to help healthcare teams complete the work connecting patient communication, scheduling, billing and follow-up.
Information sitting in a database doesn't call a patient back or collect a payment.
Why We Backed It
Titan Capital backed Confido Health early. What makes its progress compelling is the connection between the problem it started with and the platform it is becoming. Solving patient communication opens the door to addressing the administrative work that follows.
Confido reports 15x growth since its last funding round, with a presence across more than 1,500 sites of care in 27 US states, reaching approximately 3,200 providers. It also reports AI handle rates above 95% across critical end-to-end office workflows. These are encouraging signs of a product becoming part of how healthcare organisations operate every day.
What’s Next
The new funding will support CareOS’s expansion across multi-site healthcare organisations and the development of AI agents for more workflows and specialties. With integrations across more than 50 existing healthcare systems, Confido can expand within the software environments practices already use.
For us, the opportunity is clear: giving healthcare teams more capacity to serve patients by reducing the administrative work around care. Congratulations to Chetan, Vichar and the entire Confido Health team on this milestone.
