Titan Capital’s initiative, powered by AWS, brings early-stage investment opportunity together with $25,000 in cloud credits for selected startups.

Future Indicorns: Titan Capital's Push to Back India's Hardest AI Problems
India’s next AI leaders will need more than access to models: they will need sharp use cases, proprietary learning loops and enough compute to reach production.

Titan Capital launched Future Indicorns, an initiative powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), to find and back founders building AI companies around India's hardest and most meaningful problems.

Why This Program Exists

Funding gets an early-stage AI founder started. Compute is what actually lets them build, test, and scale — and it's often the harder resource to access when a company is still proving out its core technology. Future Indicorns was built to close that gap, looking specifically for founders working on AI across healthcare, manufacturing, fintech, energy, real estate, data sovereignty, GovTech, SMBs, and physical-world data — categories where the problems are large, unglamorous, and genuinely hard to solve.

Ten themes, one underlying thesis

Future Indicorns highlighted AI opportunities across healthcare providers, manufacturing, GovTech, energy and data centres, real estate, fintech, SMB marketplaces, physical-world data, Indian diseases and genomes, and data sovereignty. The themes are deliberately broad in industry and narrow in problem orientation.

What connects them is the presence of complex workflows, under-structured information and large consequences for better decisions. These are environments where AI can become infrastructure rather than a novelty, provided founders understand the domain deeply enough.

The Titan Capital perspective

At Titan Capital, we believe India can produce globally important AI companies by starting with problems the country understands unusually well. Capital and compute can accelerate that work, but founder insight and execution remain the centre of the equation.

Future Indicorns is one way we are making that conviction actionable. We want to meet ambitious builders early, help them test faster and support the companies that can turn Indian complexity into enduring technology.
