Labelbox Raises $100M+ in Series E, Becomes a Unicorn

Titan Capital portfolio company Labelbox reaches a $1.25 billion pre-money valuation as it expands the infrastructure for training AI models and deploying enterprise agents.

Labelbox has raised more than $100 million in Series E financing, led by Infinitum Partners, with participation from Wipro Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, B Capital, Tau Ventures, Snowpoint Ventures and others. The financing includes equity and a credit facility.

The Gap Labelbox Was Built For

An AI model’s capabilities depend on how it learns and how its work is evaluated. For businesses, the challenge extends to putting those capabilities to use inside everyday operations.

Labelbox began with tools that turn human expertise into training data. Today, its Horizon platform gives AI models environments in which to practise real tasks, while Recursion Managed Agents brings agents into the applications businesses already use. Together, they address two connected needs: training better models and helping companies put them to work.

I believe the most important AI systems will be the ones that get better from their own work.
Manu Sharma, Co-founder and CEO, Labelbox

Why We Backed It

Labelbox is part of Titan Capital’s portfolio, and its progress reflects an opportunity we find compelling: building the infrastructure that helps others turn AI capabilities into useful products.

With more than 400 customers and partnerships across leading AI labs, Labelbox serves both the teams developing advanced models and the enterprises deploying them. Its evolution shows how a company can deepen its role as its customers’ needs change. Better training, reliable evaluation and practical deployment are closely connected challenges.

What’s Next

Labelbox says it reached profitability this year while growing more than fivefold year on year. The financing will support research and engineering across Horizon and Recursion, customer-facing teams and access to compute.

Becoming a unicorn marks an important milestone. The work ahead is to make AI increasingly useful in the day-to-day operations of businesses. Congratulations to Manu Sharma, Brian Rieger and the entire Labelbox team—we’re proud to be part of the journey.
