Ram Damani is a Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of post-qualification experience at the intersection of fund finance, operations, and regulatory compliance - across private equity, Alternative Investment Funds, hedge funds, and asset management platforms. Currently at Titan Capital, he manages fund finance and operations — building financial controls, driving regulatory compliance, and delivering seamless investor reporting across the firm’s investment vehicles. He turns complex fund structures into efficient, well-governed operations. Prior to Titan Capital, Ram worked with leading investment firms where he built end-to-end expertise across fund management: financial reporting, audit coordination, SEBI regulatory filings, investor communications, and fund administration - for both domestic and cross-border structures. He brings rare depth across the full lifecycle of a fund, from launch to wind-down. Ram is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, holds a B.Com from the University of Rajasthan, and has cleared the Actuarial Science Foundation - an edge that sharpens his quantitative and risk thinking beyond the typical finance profile.
